Strategic planners represent the customer in the Organization. They are responsible for developing key strategic insights behind an advertising concept. They work closely with the client to research the market and understand the consumer. Armed with this information, planners will create a strategy for the brand, which the creative team can use to produce their creative idea.
- Working with clients to understand their business objectives and target markets.
- Analyzing relevant date, consumer trends and reports relevant to the client’s business.
- Commissioning, conducting and analysing qualitative and quantitative research.
- Briefing the creative team on creative campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign effectiveness.
- Understanding how ideas influence people.
- Understanding consumer behaviour, psychology, culture and social trends.
- Linking creative solutions to business challenges.
Once all the necessary client data is collated by our strategic planners- with the support of the account team- our dedicated team of creatives which include; designers, photographers start to formulate their creative concept.
- Generating creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the clients brief.
- Producing print media roughs/scamps when communicating ideas to the client.
- Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots.
- Working in editing suites when overseeing the final products.
The productions department handles all of our operational executions and are responsible for:
- Directing all tasks and staff involved in producing print & Branding campaigns.
- Overseeing print production aspects of various media, including digital advertising, promotions, displays, exhibits, vehicle graphics, give aways etc.
- Commissioning competitive pricing to the client.
- Supervising and attending events, trade shows and exhibitions to ensure all client needs are met.
- Highlighting all production obstacles/complications to the project art director and providing operational solutions and workarounds.
- Exploration of new production/execution techniques.
